**About:** Arc enables developers to build applications where money is programmable, portable, and seamless whether it’s used by humans, agents, or both.

**Build With:**
- **Arc** — the settlement layer for your transactions
- **Circle Wallets** — embedded wallet solution for users
- **USDC** — the payment token
- **Circle Skills** — AI-assisted IDE for faster building
- **Circle Nanopayments** — gas-free sub-cent USDC payments via x402

**The Challenge:**
Build an application that showcases the power of programmable money using USDC for humans (intuitive, seamless UX), agents (automated, logic-driven execution), or both working together.

Your app should demonstrate how money can be:
- Embedded into applications
- Controlled by logic or automation
- Moved seamlessly across chains
- Used without friction or complexity

**Example Ideas:**
- An agent that auto-funds a user's wallet from other chains
- A smart escrow that releases payments based on conditions
- An AI-assisted financial assistant managing user budgets in USDC

**Qualification Requirement:**
Projects must use Arc as the underlying blockchain. If leveraging CCTP or Gateway, Arc must be included as either the source or destination within the transaction flow.

Create the next onchain app that will onboard millions using the best-in-class UX that Solana provides. Any project submission that is built using Solana’s high-performance infrastructure will be considered. Projects will be judged on their innovation, technical skill, and impact on someone’s everyday life.

Solve practical problems for users and/or developers.
Demonstrate fluency with Solana’s SDKs, frameworks, and standards.

**About**
x402 activates the HTTP 402 status code to make payments native to the internet — any API call can require and settle a stablecoin payment in ~2 seconds, with no accounts, no API keys, and no gas fees for the payer. Combined with ERC-8004 for on-chain agent identity and reputation, Avalanche gives developers the full stack to build applications where AI agents transact, earn trust, and operate independently.

**Use:**
Avalanche C-Chain as the settlement layer
x402 for HTTP-native, pay-per-request payments
ERC-8004 for agent identity, reputation, and trust verification
Interchain Messaging (ICM) for cross-L1 communication
Avalanche SDK for chain interaction and development

**Challenge:**
Build an application where AI agents can autonomously pay for, deliver, or orchestrate services using x402 on Avalanche.
Your project should demonstrate how agentic payments can be:
Triggered programmatically without human approval
Settled instantly using stablecoins on Avalanche
Gated by on-chain identity and reputation
Composed across multiple services or chains

**Example Ideas:**
An AI agent that sells its own capabilities (translation, code review, image generation) behind an x402 paywall and builds on-chain reputation via ERC-8004
A smart escrow agent that holds payment until verifiable conditions are met — delivery confirmed, data validated, task completed
A routing agent that compares multiple x402-enabled services, selects the best option by price or reputation score, and pays on behalf of the user
A personal agent that manages a user's recurring micro-payments — subscriptions, tips, donations — with configurable spend limits and rules

**Qualification Requirement:**
Projects must deploy on Avalanche. If using cross-chain functionality, Avalanche must be the source or destination of the payment flow.
